STATE COLLEGE, PA — March 1, 2026 — Julia Natitus of Dallas High School won the girls’ 60-meter hurdles at the PTFCA Indoor State Championships, held at the Multisport Indoor Facility on the campus of Penn State University.

All levels were there, Triplet Littles, Middles, Bigs, and Raiders Varsity, but by the end of the night it became something much bigger, a farewell. The program closed an emotional chapter for longtime coaches Kara Winter and Lori Zawiski, two women who helped build Blue Ridge cheer into what it is today, leaving behind a legacy rooted in community, commitment, and the athletes they’ve shaped far beyond the mat.
