Over 75 young athletes took the turf at John Henzes Veterans Memorial Stadium for four incredible days of skill-building, teamwork, and mentorship at the annual Cougar Soccer Camp. Led by head coaches Brad Decker and Paul Sotak, high school player-counselors from both the boys and girls programs, and local fitness trainers, the week highlighted a deep-rooted tradition of inspiring the next generation of Valley View soccer.

Chipego’s athletic career has been anything but one-dimensional. Early in high school, she balanced multiple sports, competing in field hockey and basketball before making the decision to step away from both after her sophomore year. Her junior and senior years saw her return to the soccer field, adding another layer to her already impressive athletic résumé.

On the court at Wyoming Seminary, Ella continues to make history. She recently scored her 1,000th career point against Holy Redeemer—an especially meaningful milestone, as it marked the first time in program history that Sem defeated Holy Redeemer.
