The 2026 high school football season is nearly here. Scrimmages are in the books and kickoffs are set for Friday. The time for talking is over and football is back.

With the first week of games starting tomorrow, it’s time to bring back my weekly predictions series. Last year’s predictions carried an 80% success rate, so it’s time to run it back.
