The West Scranton Invaders pulled off an impressive 9-2 victory over Scranton Prep on Tuesday at home, a game highlighted by a dominant pitching performance and timely hitting.

Scranton Prep got on the board first, seizing an early 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning. An error by West Scranton allowed the Classics to score their initial run, followed by Riah Hogan's single hit down the right field line that brought another runner home. However, the Invaders quickly shifted the momentum. In the bottom of the second, West Scranton surged ahead to a 3-2 lead, thanks to well-placed singles from Mckenna Brudnicki and Sophia Deluca, demonstrating their ability to capitalize on scoring opportunities.
