After a challenging start to their tournament play at the Big Show Sports Complex in Leesport over Easter Weekend, which saw them enter with an 0-2 record, RCS Warpath Black 10U demonstrated remarkable resilience. They suffered a heartbreaking loss the day before to the West Chester Dragons, a game where they staged an incredible 11-run inning rally to creep within one run, only to ultimately fall short. This Saturday, however, the Warpath Black showed a short memory, battling back from a 10-0 first-inning deficit to secure a thrilling 13-12 victory over Mid-State Mavs Red 10U. Mason McDonough was the linchpin of the Warpath Black offense, driving in four runs, including a crucial three run homer to center field in the second inning that ignited his team's scoring spree and their improbable comeback.
