Crestwood advanced in the quarterfinal final game after defeating Lake Lehman by a score of 17 to 9. The home team established an early lead, heading into halftime with an 11 to 3 advantage and maintaining control through the second half.

Logan Lawson was a standout performer for Crestwood, dominating the faceoffs with an impressive 18 wins and leading the team's scoring efforts with 6 goals and 1 assist. Cole Pugh contributed significantly to the offense, tallying 2 goals and a team high 4 assists. Ty McConnell also added 4 goals and 1 assist for Crestwood, while Kevin Schlude chipped in with 2 goals and 2 assists. Keiren Koons found the back of the net twice, and Jake Jeckell recorded 1 goal and 1 assist to round out the scoring for Crestwood. In goal, Dylan Bellas made 2 saves in the first half for Crestwood. Emmet Seyer also contributed to Crestwood's control of the midfield by securing 4 faceoff wins.
