Holy Redeemer celebrated Senior Night with an emphatic 17 to 1 victory over visiting Midd West. The evening was particularly memorable, not just for the win, but for several significant individual milestones reached by the Holy Redeemer squad.
The home team started strong and never looked back, showcasing a powerful offensive performance coupled with solid defensive play. Annalie Werner, the lone senior on the team, marked her special night by scoring a goal, much to the delight of the home crowd.
Offensively, Cali Glaser was a force, notching her 100th career point during the game. She contributed significantly with 5 goals and 1 assist, adding 3 ground balls and 2 draw controls to her impressive stat line. Gillian Parsons also made history, tallying her 200th career draw control. Parsons was a key all-around player, scoring 3 goals, assisting on another, causing 1 turnover, scooping up 3 ground balls, and dominating the center circle with 6 draw controls.
In goal, Irelyn Curley was formidable, recording her 400th career save during the contest. She finished the game with 8 saves, effectively shutting down Midd West's attempts.
