As the calendar flipped from September to October, a new sense of urgency hit the high school football season. There are only four weeks left in the regular season, with the playoffs coming into view. Every game becomes more important in the journey toward the postseason.
Nate is also coming off his best mark of the season for the second time, going 14-3 in Week 6 and pushing his season total to 87 correct picks.

Nate Johns is a 2024 Dallas High School graduate and a junior at Penn State, where he majors in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Sports Studies.
Johns is a high-energy play-by-play broadcaster for Sportzwire who also contributes as a sideline reporter and interviewer.
