Nate’s Picks Are Back: District 2 Football Week 2 Predictions

Week 1 of the 2026 Pennsylvania high school football season is in the books. Thirty-two of the 33 District 2 teams took the field for the first time, with Holy Cross set to start its season this Friday against Riverside.
It was a chaotic week, which showed in the predictions. Upsets, blowout wins and several games coming down to the final play were the headlines.
I’m back with more predictions this week, and with Thursday night football on the slate, here’s my pick for each game a day early.
