This was a spirited contest, a true battle from start to finish, with both teams showcasing incredible offensive firepower and tenacious defense. It all came down to a single, nail-biting goal!
Holy Redeemer’s offense was absolutely electric, spearheaded by some incredible individual performances. And do not forget Allie Desciak and Emmie O shea, each adding a crucial goal to that historic total! On the defensive end, Leah Smith was instrumental with her ground ball efforts and even chipped in an assist. But the real game-changer in those final moments? Goalkeeper Irelyn Curley, who played a pivotal role in preserving that one-goal advantage, recording six critical saves against a relentless Scranton Prep attack.
