Nativity BVM delivered its most dominant performance of the season on the hardwood, cruising past Schuylkill League rival Marian Catholic with a convincing 65–46 victory. The Green Wave controlled the game from start to finish in front of an energized crowd, continuing the competitive rivalry between the two programs.

The night belonged to Nativity senior Trey Keating, who turned in a memorable performance by scoring a game-high 35 points while reaching the 2,000-point mark for his high school career. Keating added another milestone to chase as well, now sitting just one three-pointer shy of 300 career triples. His scoring touch set the tone early and never let Marian gain momentum.

Nativity built a 15–9 advantage after the first quarter and extended the lead to 27–19 by halftime. The Green Wave came out strong in the third quarter, pushing the margin to 46–33, before sealing the win with a steady fourth-quarter effort.

Supporting Keating for BVM were Jake Swartz with nine points, Nick Clarke with eight, and Jake Bowman with six, as the Green Wave showcased balanced scoring alongside their star guard’s standout night.

Marian Catholic battled throughout and received solid performances from several players despite the loss. Gregory Tirpak led the way with a double-double, finishing with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Jacob DeLaCruz paced the Colts in scoring with 13 points, while Justin DeLaCruz contributed nine points and seven boards.

Scoring by quarters:
1st – Nativity BVM 15, Marian 9
2nd – Nativity BVM 27, Marian 19
3rd – Nativity BVM 46, Marian 33
4th – Nativity BVM 65, Marian 46

With the victory, Nativity BVM not only strengthened its standing in Schuylkill League play but also celebrated a historic milestone for one of the program’s all-time greats, making the rivalry win one to remember for the Green Wave.
