Ella Mackrell Captures Medalist Honors to Lead Valley View Over Scranton Prep

Valley View defeated Scranton Prep 154-182 in a Lackawanna League girls golf match on the par-35 front nine at Glenmaura.
The match used a format where five golfers played and the top three individual scores counted toward the team total.
Ella Mackrell earned match medalist honors for Valley View, leading all competitors with a round of 47. Liv Lemoncelli shot a 53 and Aubrie Mackrell posted a 54 to complete Valley View's counting team score. Liza Addley recorded a 57, Morgan Chilek carded a 58, and alternate Olivia Kurpis finished with a 58.
Scranton Prep was led by Sophie Boland and Nina Gilligan, who each shot rounds of 60, alongside Ava Skorupa with a 62 to account for the team total. Zada Zurcher and Juliana Sileo each shot 63, while alternate Addie Joyce registered a 60.
