Danville Area High School hires Shawn Sheptock as next head football coach

With over a decade of coaching experience, Coach Sheptock knows what it takes to win. He brings a defensive mind to the table, as most of his career was spent at the defensive coordinator position. Coach made stops at Mount Carmel and Berwick before settling with Danville. Coach Sheptock has been with Danville for several seasons. He began his tenure with the Ironmen as DC before becoming an assistant linebacker's coach in 2025. Just three days ago, Daniel Ackley and Danville Area school board announced that Sheptock would become the next head coach of the program. Congrats, coach!
