In a commanding display of offensive power, Mountain View High School routed Susquehanna Community High School 13-2 on Wednesday. The Eagles wasted no time, scoring four runs in the first inning and maintaining pressure throughout the game.

Josh Miller led the charge both on the mound and at the plate, pitching five solid innings, allowing just two earned runs, and striking out five. Offensively, Miller contributed with two hits, while outfielder Jackson Gesford shined with three hits and two RBIs. Shortstop Jordan Jagger drove in two runs despite going hitless, proving productive in key moments.

Susquehanna struggled to find momentum, with William Marcy scoring both of their runs. Travis Rooney and Caedon Stone split time on the mound but could not stifle the relentless Mountain View offense.

Mountain View’s seven-run third inning put the game out of reach, showcasing disciplined at-bats and timely hitting. Blake Norton and Tanner Holtsmaster each chipped in with RBIs, while Aidan McCloskey and Jeremiah Tweed added crucial runs.

This dominant win marks a significant bounce-back for Mountain View, who will look to carry this momentum into their upcoming games.
