Madison Falkowski: An 8th Grade Field Hockey Star on the Rise

Madison Falkowski, an 8th-grade standout field hockey player, is quickly making a name for herself on both the local and national stage. A key player for Electric Surge and Nanticoke Area, Madison capped off her Junior High Field Hockey season with an impressive 54 points, including 23 goals and 8 assists. Her performance helped her team finish with a record of 5-5-2, a remarkable improvement from the previous year's 1-8-1 record, showcasing her growth and leadership on the field.
Madison's field hockey journey began in 6th grade, and since then, her dedication has led her to become a year-round player for Electric Surge. Her commitment to the sport has paid off, as she was selected to compete at the USA Field Hockey Nexus Championships in Virginia Beach this past summer. There, she faced off against 250 of the best U14 players from across the nation, further solidifying her reputation as an up-and-coming talent in the sport.
In addition to her on-field accomplishments, Madison is also a respected ambassador for Longstreth and TK Field Hockey, where she promotes the sport and serves as a role model for young athletes. Off the field, Madison excels academically, maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA and earning Honors with Distinction, proving that her success extends far beyond athletics.
Madison Falkowski uses her online presence to uplift and support fellow field hockey players, regularly showcasing their achievements. Most Fridays, she posts a "Player Highlight," featuring a different athlete from the field hockey community. This initiative not only helps promote the sport but also fosters a sense of camaraderie among players. Madison’s dedication to lifting others up reflects her strong leadership both on and off the field, and her platform has become a space where athletes can celebrate each other’s successes.
