In a commanding performance on the diamond, Wyoming Valley West High School secured a convincing 6-0 victory over Berwick Area High School on Tuesday, April 1, 2025. The Spartans demonstrated both offensive consistency and stellar pitching to earn the shutout win.
Offensive Contributions Propel Valley West
Wyoming Valley West’s offense was led by the dynamic duo of D’Vonte Rivers and Damien Eastman, who each recorded two hits and combined for three runs scored. Jacob Stevens contributed an RBI with a timely hit, while Max Mylet also added an RBI. Tyler Ruddy showcased his speed and hustle, crossing the plate twice.
