Clarks Summit, PA -- Scranton Prep's Cavaliers secured a dominant 56-27 win over the Abington Heights Comets in a critical Lackawanna League Division 1 matchup. The Cavaliers showcased their offensive firepower, led by Brycen Martin, who poured in 12 points, including two key three-pointers. Martin's standout moment came in the third quarter when he nailed a three-point shot to reach the 1,000-point milestone in his career, sending the Prep crowd into a frenzy.

Packy Doherty led all scorers with 18 points, connecting on an impressive four three-pointers to complement the Cavaliers' sharpshooting efforts. Scranton Prep hit seven three-pointers as a team, showcasing their perimeter strength. Ambrose Rossi added 11 points to further solidify the Cavaliers' balanced attack.

For Abington Heights, Robby Lucas led the way with 14 points, including a strong showing at the free-throw line, where the Comets managed to make 6 of their 10 attempts. Despite Lucas's efforts, the team struggled offensively, managing just three three-pointers throughout the game.
