Old Forge made quick work of Mountain View on Monday, cruising to an 11-1 victory behind a monster fourth inning and a lights-out performance on the mound.

The Blue Devils wasted no time getting on the board, with Jake Iacavazzi and Frank Pero each driving in a run in the first. Pero added another RBI in the third before Old Forge exploded for six runs in the fourth. The rally featured five hits, including a two-run double from TJ DiMattia and RBI knocks from DiMauro, Iacavazzi, and Pero.

On the bump, Luke Olivieri was nearly untouchable, tossing five innings of no-hit ball while striking out seven. The only blemish on his line was a run scored off a walk and a pair of errors.

DiMattia led the charge at the plate with four RBIs and a 2-for-4 performance. Iacavazzi was everywhere—two hits, two RBIs, three stolen bases, and flawless defense with seven chances in the field. Old Forge racked up nine hits and six stolen bases, and didn’t commit a single error all game.

Tanner Holtsmaster drove in the lone run for the Eagles, who struggled to get anything going offensively.

With the win, Old Forge looks like a team ready to make noise this season—fast, focused, and fundamentally sound while the Eagles will prepare to get on track for Friday's matchup vs. SV.
