Conshohocken, PA – Anthracite FC 2010B AFC Bayern rose to the occasion at the EDP Spring Kickoff at the Proving Grounds, securing the top spot in their bracket with a commanding 3-0 victory in the final match. The team, guided by Coach Carlos Perez, finished with an impressive 2-0-1 record, proving their resilience and determination when it mattered most.

A Battle for the Top Spot

Heading into the final game, the race for first place was a dead heat between Anthracite FC and HEX FC Dominion USYS 10 B II. Both teams were tied in points and had played to a 1-1 draw in their head-to-head matchup earlier in the tournament. That meant the final results would decide everything.

With the pressure on, Anthracite FC delivered a statement performance against Lancaster Elite FC 2010 Boys, winning 3-0 to leave no doubt about their championship credentials. The attack was relentless, while the defense locked down yet another clean sheet, securing the necessary margin to finish atop the standings.
