4. Riverside (5-0) - #4 (Up from #5)

Riverside moved up one spot after a commanding 55-0 win against Montrose. Their undefeated record keeps them climbing, showing they are a force to be reckoned with.

5. Lackawanna Trail (4-1) - #5 (Up from #6)

Lackawanna Trail also moves up a spot after defeating Mid Valley 26-14. With only one loss, they continue to show their resilience and remain a top contender.

6. Mid Valley (4-1) - #6 (Down from #4)

Mid Valley falls two spots after suffering their first loss of the season to Lackawanna Trail. While still in the top half of the rankings, the loss puts a dent in their previously flawless record.

7. Susquehanna (3-1) - #7 (Up from #8)

Susquehanna rises one spot after defeating Lakeland 16-6. They’ve been steadily improving, and this recent win helps their case as a top team in the district.

8. Old Forge (3-2) - #8 (Down from #7)

Old Forge slides down one spot after their 52-14 loss to Western Wayne. While still competitive, this loss shows they have ground to make up if they want to climb back up the rankings.

9. Lake-Lehman (3-2) - #9 (Up from #10)

Lake-Lehman climbs one spot after their 42-0 win over Holy Redeemer. Their bounce-back win keeps them in the rankings as they eye a rise in future weeks.

10. Lakeland (2-2) - #10 (New Entry)

Lakeland enters the top 10 this week despite their 16-6 loss to Susquehanna. Their competitive nature and previous strong performances have earned them the final spot in the rankings.

Dropped Out:

        • Carbondale (3-2) - Dropped from #9 after a narrow 7-6 loss to Dunmore. Their fall out of the top 10 is due to their second loss of the season, making room for Lakeland to enter.

Summary:

The rankings saw some significant movement after Week 5. Riverside and Lackawanna Trail made strides upwards after solid wins, while Mid Valley and Old Forge slipped after tough losses. Lake-Lehman continues to move up, and Lakeland makes its first appearance in the top 10. The race for the top spots remains competitive as these teams continue to battle it out on the field.
