Dunmore Lady Bucks secured a 62-55 victory over St Joseph by the Sea

In a thrilling showdown at the Top Tier Electric City Showcase held at the Lackawanna College Student Union, the Dunmore Lady Bucks emerged victorious, defeating St. Joseph by the Sea 62-55. Senior standout Sophia Talutto powered Dunmore with a stellar 25-point performance, scoring 13 in the first quarter and six more in the second, helping her team build a commanding 36-20 lead by halftime. Jackie Brown and Leena Conte added crucial support with nine points each, as the Lady Bucks secured their fourth straight win.
St. Joseph by the Sea’s Angelina Hodgen delivered an outstanding effort with a game-high 27 points, but her performance wasn’t enough to overcome Dunmore’s strong start. The Lady Bucks held steady in the second half to seal the victory.
