In an exhilarating week of high school sports, the District 4 rankings saw some major shifts in both the small and big school divisions after intense matchups. In the small school category, Southern Columbia, Canton, and Troy continued their dominance as they each secured victories, maintaining the top three spots in the poll. Danville made a significant leap to the 4th spot following their impressive win over Mifflinburg, while Montoursville's commanding shutout against Milton propelled them to the 5th position. Unfortunately for South Williamsport, their loss to Canton dropped them to 6th place, while Lewisburg made a notable entrance into the rankings at 10th with their win over Shikellamy. Loyalsock, after facing a tough defeat against the powerhouse Southern Columbia, fell out of the top ten.

In the big school division, Jersey Shore continues to reign supreme at number 1 with a solid win over Del Val. Shamokin's impressive shutout victory against Lake Lehman earned them the 2nd spot, while Williamsport jumped to 3rd after their triumph over Hazleton. Selinsgrove slipped to 4th following a setback against Twin Valley, and Athens secured the 5th position with a strong performance against Northwest. With these results, the stage is set for an exciting continuation of the season as teams vie for top spots in the coming weeks!
