Blue Devils Overpower Wyoming Area in Tournament Opener

Wyoming Area faced a tough challenge in the second game of the Anthony "Badger" Marseco Memorial Tournament, going head-to-head with the host, Old Forge.
The Blue Devils dominated the game, led by standout performances from Cameron Parker, who scored a team-high 21 points, Logan Fanning with 13 points, and DJ Fox adding 10.
Despite the loss, Wyoming Area’s sophomore guard Luke Kopetchny shined, leading all scorers with an impressive 22 points.
Old Forge secured a 60-46 victory to advance to Sunday’s championship game, where they will face Northwest Area. The Rangers earned their spot with a narrow 50-48 win over Pittston Area in the tournament’s opening game.
